Delicious and Economical Roll Cake Recipes

Material-Material A:

* 10 egg yolks

* 100 grams of refined sugar

* 1/4 tsp vanilla

Material - Material B:

* 85 grams of anchor

* 60 grams of the blue band (I use cake & cookie)

* 2 tbsp sweet white condensed milk

Ingredients C:

* 30 grams of blue key flour

* 1/2 tbsp Maizena

* 1 tablespoon milk powder full cream

How to make:

Mixer Material B to light and white for about 10 minutes. Set aside.
Mixer Material A with a high speed of about 15 minutes until the mixture expands and thick.

Add flour and milk powder intermittently alternate with butter whisk to the mixture A. Can be with the help of a spatula or with a mixer but with the lowest speed.

Prepare a 24 x 24 or 26 x 26 cm baking sheet that has been covered with oil paper and spread a little butter and a sprinkling of thin flour.
Pour the mixture.
With the above recipe for 2 baking sheets.
Flatten the mixture.

Bake and heat the oven always before using it.
For an electric oven, I just range 15 minutes.
For gas ovens range 10 minutes.

For an electric oven use the upper fire down the range of 180 degrees.
For the gas oven heat the fire below 150 degrees. About 5 minutes turn it off and put the pan and turn on the fire at a temperature of 120 degrees.

After cooking, remove it from the pan. Shop flat with pineapple jam and roll while being compact.
Leave the cake in rolls for a while. Then put it usually because it always makes the end of the night. The next morning, just open from the roll ready to be cut to be served.
