How to Make Shrimp Peyek
Ingredients:
- 250 gr small-sized fresh shrimp, discarding the head
- 100 gr of rice flour
- 50 gr of sago flour
- 250 ml condensed coconut milk
- Cooking oil to taste
Fine seasoning:
- 3 cloves garlic
- 3 grains
- 1 cm aromatic ginger
- 1 cm turmeric
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 3 sheets orange leaves
- Salt and mushroom flavoring to taste.
How it is made:
* Mix into one rice flour and sago flour, coconut milk, fine seasoning, mix well and taste correction, then put in the washed shrimp.
* Heat the oil over a medium heat, take a spoonful of vegetable dough including some shrimp, pour thinly wide into the pan, fry until crispy, then lift and drain, ready to serve.
